Biography
Born and raised on the Central Coast of NSW Australia, Chris grew up surfing local breaks which taught him a great appreciation and respect for the ocean. When Chris finished school he left the Central Coast and spent 8 years traveling Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East living in some of the worlds most remote areas.
After exploring a variety of culture, Chris's love for the ocean was greatly missed. Deciding to pursue his passion for the water, Chris moved to Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt where he began scuba diving in the Red Sea. Soon after, Chris took to the camera strongly expressing his visual story telling skills. Realising the many challenges that comes while working underwater, he studied and practised commercial diving. Working in some of the harshest conditions all over the world, Chris is recognised as a competent, highly experienced and safe diver. He holds a ADAS Scientific Diver Level 1 among other diving qualifications.

Now based on the Gold Coast, Australia, Chris is recognised as an accomplished underwater cinematographer. His passion for filming has seen him go from specialising underwater to becoming a developed topside camera operator working alongside some of the worlds biggest production companies including National Geographic, Discovery Channel and the BBC.
Chris has earned a reputation as a hard working, level headed professional. With his "can do" approach and ability to capture compelling vision with his technical shooting abilities.
